Return Policy for Online Purchases
DAVID PECK COLLECTION wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For DAVID PECK COLLECTION online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged and in original packaging with original tag in tact for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip.
Refunds may only be issued in the original form of payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, unless David Peck Collection made a shipping error or the item you received was damaged.
Returns need to be well packed and insured for the full price of the item. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that cannot be tracked.
Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise should be shipped back to DAVID PECK COLLECTION online customer care following the steps described in the return slip. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
